  Fantastic pizza place
  Definitely worth the drive back from derby
  Super friendly staff and very helpful
  Pizza was lovely and bigger than I was expecting
  Crispy not oily base
  Would recommend to anyone travelling in this area

  When I first called, I was very polite, and you flat refused to correct the mistake of course I am going to get annoyed when you wouldn't fix your mistake. And I was not at all abusive. You were very blunt and rude, so of course I'm going to respond the same way. That is terrible customer service to refuse to fix a mistake that YOU made.
  
  And your response now, proves my point that once again, you are ignoring you made a mistake with food.
  
  Absolutely disgusted. A year or so ago we ordered a pizza and asked specifically for it to have bbq sauce and it come with tomato sauce. My partner can not have tomato sauce. You flat refused to change it or refund our money. We swore we wouldn't come back
  
  Then tonight we decided to give you another chance. We asked for a chicken burger with JUST mayo and bacon. It come with some sort of tomato chutney and peaces of tomato on it , and now your not answering your phone.
  
  I will not ever come back!!

  The pizza is amazing and the special events are a must for anyone who enjoys delicious food and hearty servings. The staff are simply lovely and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

  Don’t bother buying over priced, bland pizza in Derby when you can simply save money and eat much better pizza in Branxholm! Outstanding pizzas and service!!
